Digital Product License Agreement

All toolkits, templates, checklists, spreadsheets, guides, and downloadable resources sold or provided by Accounting & Tax Associates are licensed to one purchaser only.

1. Grant of License

Accounting & Tax Associates grants the original purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased or received digital product (the "Product") for the purchaser's own personal or internal business use only.

2. Single-User License

Each Product is licensed to one purchaser. The license may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person, business, organization, team, or entity.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer the Product;
Share, send, upload, or otherwise make the Product available to any third party;
Post the Product on any website, cloud drive, file-sharing service, social media platform, course, or membership site;
Copy or reproduce the Product for resale or commercial distribution;
Modify, repackage, or rebrand the Product and present it as your own;
Use the Product to create a competing product, template, course, or resource;
Use the Product for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that infringes our intellectual property rights.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All Products are the exclusive intellectual property of Accounting & Tax Associates and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

5. Permitted Internal Use

The original purchaser may print copies and use the Product internally within their own business or household for the intended purpose. Internal use does not include distribution to clients, students, members, employees of a separate company, or the general public.

6. No Warranty

Products are provided "as is" for general informational and organizational purposes and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Your specific situation may require professional guidance.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically upon any breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Product in your possession. Accounting & Tax Associates reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for unauthorized use, distribution, or infringement.

8. Reporting Violations

Unauthorized distribution of our digital products can be reported to nespat@accountingtaxbze.com. We investigate all reports and take infringement seriously.
